Photos are taken with natural sun light, the pantone colour can look brighter or darker depending on the light, it's normal that if you are inside the pins will look darker 

This is a pre-order item, which means that I do not own the physichal product yet, it will be ordered based on the number of orders placed. Production of enamel pins take a long time, from a month to a few more depending on the demand the manufacturers have.
